Request Account Deletion
SnapItOver users can request deletion of their account and associated user data at any time.
Before you request deletion
- We will review account deletion requests and may take up to 30 days to complete the review and deletion process.
- When an account is deleted, all data associated with that user account will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
- Deleting an account does not create or guarantee a refund. Deleted accounts will not be refunded.
How to submit your request
Email us from the email address connected to your SnapItOver account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

If we need to verify ownership of the account or clarify the request, we will reply to the email address used to submit the request.
